My name is Joe Weller, and I am a Sydney solicitor. My areas of practice include, customs law tax law, crime debt recovery, insolvency and bankruptcy, corporations law, commercial advice (including drafting of contracts and other documents), and real property conveyancing.

You will receive sound legal advice in a personal and cost effective manner; you will not be fobbed off onto someone else, and I have no junior staff who will be trained at a client’s expense.

My hourly rate is $200 per hour plus GST, but am prepared to consider alternative arrangements, such as a fixed cost price.
I will reply to any emails, but you will not receive legal advice until I am retained and there is a solicitor/client relationship.
